Why it helps
See what’s still in the freezer at a glance. When you mark a dinner as cooked, your freezer list updates.
Freezer
Every pack, how much it weighs and how many you’ve got. Mark a dinner as cooked and the list keeps up.

Household
5
Invite up to five people in your household. You’ll all see the same list, which helps when someone else is doing the shop.
Your week
Plan a few nights at a time. Set how many are eating and how long you’ve got to cook.
Shopping
Take the list to your usual supermarket, butcher or local shops. Where you buy is up to you.

Nutrition
Calorie estimates come from the Australian Food Composition Database.
Web and phone
Your plan and list are saved to your account, so you can plan in the browser and pull up the list at the shops.

Example plan
Here’s one way they could become three dinners. Yours will depend on what’s in your freezer and what you like to eat.

Honey garlic chicken
